Some responsibilities of position:

• Manage a caseload by taking individuals to appointments and medical treatments
• Evaluate need for health-related equipment
• Participates in care planning meetings with those involved in the medical care of person
• Monitor treatment practices of DSP's
• Ensures Fraser individuals receive the best care in regard to their medical treatment needs!

Requires:

• RN certification 
• 2+ years working with individuals with disabilities
• 2+ years professional nursing in public health 
• Must be compassionate and have a great attitude!
