Purpose:
Ensure accurate accounting and security for games of chance and finances, with proper reporting of activities to the Gaming Manager or designee.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular audits of paper pull-tab machines, verifying cash intake, ticket counts, and reporting accuracy.
• Record daily/weekly E-Tab deposit amounts; collect and deposit funds as needed and at quarter end.
• Maintain proper inventory of all supplies, pull tabs, etc. ensuring timely ordering and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors for product delivery and placement at licensed sites.
• Collect, verify, and deposit gambling proceeds in accordance with Fraser policies and state regulations.
• Document and record site totals of machine counts, voucher counts, payouts and overall financial activity.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with all gaming machines and assure service is assigned and repair is completed.
• Ensure compliance with all North Dakota Games of Chance Rules and Laws according to the ND Attorney General.
Qualifications
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with charitable gambling operations (preferred, but not required — training provided).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple sites/locations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-service focus.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn gaming machine audit procedures.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in North Dakota. Otherwise you cannot enter some establishments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

• Handle cash responsibly and in accordance with Fraser protocols.
• Make timely deposits (within 24 hours) using secure bank drop services. Not sure I’d state this…
• Never store gambling proceeds at home or in unsecured vehicles. Maybe not until in the job description?
