Residential Services Property Liaison

We're hiring a Residential Services Property Liaison to help ensure Fraser's residential homes remain safe, organized, and well-maintained while supporting effective communication between day and evening staff. In this role, you'll coordinate property needs, vehicle management, inventories, and environmental oversight to help create quality living environments for the individuals we support.

This position works a flexible schedule outside of traditional business hours and requires the ability to adjust work hours to meet program and property needs while maintaining a full-time schedule.

What You'll Do:

Residential Property Coordination

  • Monitor residential homes to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained living environments
  • Conduct routine reviews of home furnishings, appliances, equipment, and overall property conditions
  • Identify property and environmental needs and communicate concerns to appropriate departments
  • Monitor fire drills, safety practices, and sanitation standards within residential settings
  • Process requests for household items, furnishings, and supplies

Property & Maintenance Support

  • Coordinate and prioritize work orders for the Maintenance Department
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to address property repairs and facility needs
  • Assist with identifying and communicating priorities related to safety, sanitation, and individual support needs
  • Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of residential properties

Vehicle & Fleet Management

  • Oversee residential vehicle usage and coordinate vehicle availability for appointments, activities, and program needs
  • Maintain vehicle service records, mileage documentation, inspections, and maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate vehicle-related communication between departments
  • Assist with vehicle safety procedures and fleet management processes

Recordkeeping & Documentation

  • Maintain residential service records, FACT sheet updates, inventories, and related documentation
  • Monitor nonperishable inventories and coordinate replenishment as needed
  • Ensure records are accurate, organized, and maintained according to agency requirements
  • Assist with tracking property, vehicle, and environmental compliance information

Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between day and evening residential services staff to support smooth transitions and communication
  • Collaborate with Residential Managers, Residential Coordinators, maintenance staff, and other departments to address residential needs
  • Participate in committees, meetings, and workgroups that support residential services and property operations
  • Provide on-site support and guidance to designated residential support staff as assigned

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently
  • Basic computer skills including Outlook, email, and text-based communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally with individuals supported and team members
  • Understanding of residential services, property management, maintenance coordination, or human services preferred
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and perform physical duties including bending, stooping, and occasional climbing
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
